🎤 About the Speaker

Luc Dockendorf serves as Ambassador for Cybersecurity and Digitalisation at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Luxembourg. In this role, he leads Luxembourg’s efforts in shaping international discussions on digital policy, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. His work includes co-leading global initiatives on the impact of ICTs in armed conflict and promoting frameworks that uphold democratic resilience and human rights in the digital age.
