Dr. Başak Bağlayan is the Secretary General of Luxembourg’s OECD National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) and serves as the Ministry of the Economy’s expert on RBC. With extensive expertise in international standards and policy frameworks, Dr. Bağlayan plays a key role in guiding businesses and institutions toward responsible practices that align with global benchmarks.
