Florian Poncin holds a LL.M. from the Queen Mary University of London in IP and Privacy Law. He co-founded his law firm in 2024. He serves on the editorial board and regularly publishes articles in the journal “Jurisnews – Intellectual Property and Digital Law.” Until recently, he was part of the Board of the Luxembourg non-profit organization “APDL”. He teaches at the University of Luxembourg as an adjunct teacher for the course “Law for Computer Scientists.” In 2025, Florian published the book “European and Luxembourg Data Protection Law”, comprised of nearly 1.300 pages.
