Franck has close to 30 years of experience in information technology, artificial intelligence and digital transformation in both the private and public sectors. Throughout his career, he has held various positions in the IT field (IT development, IT project management, AI applied research and development as well as policy-making) and in management being responsible mainly for IT departments but also for library and archiving services.
