Gérard Scheitler is a Luxembourg-based IT operations professional and Founder of OIMP.space™, an independent initiative developing methodologies for incident investigation, operational resilience and decision governance.
With over 25 years of experience in IT service management, enterprise systems and critical operational environments, he has supported international organisations, including European institutions.
Having completed ESA Academy training in mission operations, Gérard combines established incident management practices with emerging approaches to evidence validation, data governance and cross-organisational coordination.
Through OIMP.space™, he explores how fragmented operational signals can be transformed into trusted intelligence, supporting accountable decisions across complex interconnected systems.
