Gérard Soisson is a digital government expert with nearly 30 years of experience in digital transformation, interoperability, digital policy, eGovernment, and data exchange. He is the author of Luxembourg’s National Interoperability Framework and of several laws touching on Digital Government. Since 2020, he has worked at the Ministry for Digitalisation, and is Luxembourg’s official representative in multiple European digital governance bodies, including the Interoperable Europe Board and the EU CIO Network, Single Digital Gateway (SDG) coordination group, Digital Commons EDIC, IMPACTS-EDIC, among others. He also leads Luxembourg’s e-invoicing implementation efforts and represents the country's Peppol Authority within OpenPeppol.
