Leesa Soulodre is Luxembourg-based Managing Partner of R3i, a cross-border deep-tech venture group spanning Luxembourg, Singapore and the United States, where she builds and backs companies at the intersection of data, AI and critical infrastructure. Through R3i’s venture studio she is developing AquaTasker, a water and climate risk intelligence platform for data centres and AI infrastructure, and AIComply, compliance tooling for the EU AI Act, NIS2 and the CER Directive. With 25+ years across capital, technology and regulation, she has advised 400+ corporations across 19 industries and speaks internationally on responsible AI, data governance and who controls the infrastructure behind AI. She is a Board Advisor to the AI Asia Pacific Institute and a 2025 Responsible AI Leader finalist (Women in AI Awards, North America). Her forthcoming book is Algorithmic Roulette: Who Gets Seen, Who Gets Funded, and Who Owns the Future.
