Louis-Arnaud Iscla helps organisations become data- and AI-ready. A Principal Business Consultant at Softeam Escent, he brings 30 years across banking, asset management, insurance and, most recently, healthcare. Today, his work tackles both sides of the data–AI equation: governing data so AI can be trusted, and using AI to produce the metadata governance depends on. A former Chief Data Officer, he has built Data Offices from the ground up and led data governance and quality programmes under regulatory scrutiny. Earlier, he ran an 80-strong EMEA consulting workforce at Thomson Reuters. Louis-Arnaud co-founded and chairs the CDO Club Luxembourg.
