Franck Noël is Director for Access to and Reuse of Public Information at the Publications Office of the European Union. With nearly 30 years of experience spanning information technology, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation, Franck has built a distinguished career across both the private and public sectors. He has held senior roles in IT development, project management, AI research and policy-making, and has led strategic initiatives at the intersection of technology and public service. His leadership has extended beyond IT departments to include oversight of library and archiving services, demonstrating a broad and deep understanding of digital information ecosystems.
