Mathilde Stenersen

Mathilde Stenersen is a data protection specialist with extensive experience in data governance and supervisory practice. She currently serves as a legal officer at the Government Commission for Data Protection to the State (CGPD). Before joining the CGPD, she worked in private practice and afterwards at the Luxembourg Data Protection Authority, where she led units responsible for providing both thematic and case-specific guidance to data subjects and controllers on all data protection matters. She also managed complex financial-sector files, including complaints, investigations, and legislative opinions.
